RESERVATION POLICIES:

Our group fitness classes are limited in space and therefore to give everyone a fair chance to attend, we have a sign-up sheet at reception, or you can call in 416 233 3400 to book a spot. All we ask is if you can’t make it, please call to release your spot for someone on the wait list. Online booking options will be coming soon.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that life happens and bookings have to change. If you have booked a paid service (Personal Training, Colon hydrotherapy, Nutrition or Mental Therapy) we asked for 24 hours advanced notice if you must cancel. Any paid sessions that are cancelled less than 24 hours ahead or are a no-show will be subject to a cancellation fee (varied based on the service).

CHECK-IN:

We like to know who is at the gym, so whenever you come for a visit please always check-in at reception. Members have ID numbers to enter into the system and guests can simple touch base with the reception for further instructions.

FACILITIES:

Our facilities are located on the Islington Ave. entrance side of 800 Islington Ave. (south west corner of Evans Ave. and Islington Ave.). We are wheelchair accessible and there is ample parking for persons with no or limited mobility. The parking lot is free and open for members and guests to use (park anywhere there is a free spot).

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Our facility is equipped with an AED onsite and some of our staff members are certified in First Aid and CPR. Should you have a pre-existing medical condition that we should be aware of, please make sure to mention it in your ParQ form when you complete your membership or trial forms so that we can make note of it. We hope nothing bad will happen at the gym, but if it does, we should be prepared.
