Always greeting our members with a smiling face and helpful to all. Val is a valued member of the team and can be found working Monday and Wednesday afternoons and evening.

Jo Stone   Jo is the life of the party on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoon and evening. Always with a warm smile and infectious laugh. Don’t be surprised if you get a call from Jo about a upcoming event, workshop or to find out where you are if your attendance is low.

Julie Niemann   Julie’s friendly face can be found at the club in the mornings from Tuesday to Friday. Armed with a warm smile and kind demeanour, Julie is always happy and ready to help out with member inquiries and processes. If you have a question about memberships or need to schedule a PT session, Julie is your girl.

Peter S. - Cert. Trainer   As the inhouse personal trainer, Peter can often be found on the gym floor helping our members reach their fitness goals. He’s a wealth of knowledge and very highly regarded as a personal trainer by our members. His knowledge and skills make him an excellent trainer for any skill level.
