Group Fitness Classes
Love moving to the music and feeling the energy flow through your body as your transition into your next pose? Ok, we love yoga as much as the next guy, but our classes offer more. Group fitness is a great way to participate in a structured class and get guidance from the instructor. And hey, you might even make some new friends along the way. Our classes are open to the public. Group class passes can be purchased if a gym membership is not for you.
For added flexibility, Monkey Tree Fitness & Wellness now offers virtual classes with our Fitness On Demand 24/7. This system allows access to hundreds of cool workouts anytime you’re in the gym. Included with the all-access membership, members can run their own fitness class on their mobile device, or join a group for a virtual class. We know your time is precious so we like to provide flexibility and options.
